1. General Refund Conditions

  • Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of placing the order, provided that no work has been initiated.

  • If initial consultation or planning has begun, a partial refund may be considered after deducting applicable service or consultation charges.

2. No Refund After First Delivery

  • Once the first draft or delivery of any asset (including but not limited to logos, posts, reels, brochures, websites, or any digital creative) has been made, no refund will be processed.

  • This is because the first delivery reflects the core creative and strategic effort from our team.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once the initial draft or version is delivered:

  • Logo Design

  • Social Media Posts & Reels

  • Brochure Design

  • Website Design & Development

  • Digital Marketing Services

  • Lead Generation

  • Video Editing

  • Branding or Consultation Services

4. Exceptional Circumstances
  • In rare situations where Brandpur fails to meet clearly agreed deliverables, we may issue a refund or provide compensation in the form of additional services.

  • This will be assessed and approved at the sole discretion of Brandpur’s management.

5. How to Request a Refund
  • If your project is eligible under the terms above, you may email your request to support@brandpur.in within the specified timeframe, including:

  • Order reference

  • Service name

  • Reason for refund

  • Any supporting information
